All roads lead to the National Reparations Convention in Atlanta, Georgia October 7th and 8th 2023! Georgia State University, which is located in the heart of Atlanta, Georgia will host this historic convention presented by the Afrodescendant Nation. The Afrodescendant Nation is comprised of all descendants of enslaved Africans throughout the Diaspora who number 250 million souls demanding “Reparations Now” for the destruction of our collective Human Rights.


Giving the keynote address will be the Honorable Silis Muhammad, CEO of the Lost Found Nation of Islam who fought in the United Nations for 17 years for our international identity as Afro-descendants and the re-establishment of our Human Rights (i.e., original language, culture, religion).


He will be joined by Attorney Malik Zulu Shabazz of Black Lawyers for Justice, who is fighting for justice across the country for the inhumane treatment of our people.




Reparations scholars, leaders, legislators, and activists from the Caribbean and the United States will make up the illustrious panel of speakers who will enlighten those in attendance on the Reparations Now fight.

We are Afrodescendants! Are you?


Working Definition of Afro-descendant The term, Afro-descendant, refers to descendants of peoples who:

  • were forcibly dispossessed of their homeland, Africa;

  • were transported to the Americas and Slavery Diaspora for the purpose of enslavement;

  1. were subjected to slavery;

  2. were subjected to forced mixed breeding and rape;

  3. have experienced, through force, the loss of mother tongue, culture, and religion;

  4. and/or have experienced racial discrimination due to lost ties or partially lost ties from their original identity.

*Afrodescendants are experiencing Ethnogenesis, the re-establishment of the mind or the “Resurrection” of a people who have lost the identity of ‘Self’ due to 400 years of “Slavery.”
